Artelvio is an independent streetwear brand focused on oversized silhouettes, heavyweight apparel, original graphics, and distinctive visual concepts.

We currently ship across India.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery time can vary depending on production, processing, location, and courier operations. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999. Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout for orders below the qualifying amount.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Available options may include online payments and other payment methods supported by our payment providers.
6. How do I choose my size?

7. Are Artelvio T-shirts oversized?
Our products are designed according to the fit specified on each product page. Many of our T-shirts feature an oversized, relaxed, boxy or drop-shoulder silhouette. Please check the individual product description and Size Guide.
8. Can I return or exchange my order?
Artelvio generally does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection. For damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect products, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Contact us as soon as possible within the timeframe specified in our Refund Policy and provide your order number along with the required photographs and other requested information.

Orders can generally be cancelled only before processing or production begins. Once processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

12. How should I wash my Artelvio products?
Follow the care instructions provided with your product. As a general guideline, turn printed garments inside out before washing, use a gentle/cold wash, avoid bleach, and avoid directly ironing over printed areas. Always follow the specific care instructions for your garment.
